At Flash Nest, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
You received the wrong product.
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

Defective
Damaged during shipping
Incorrectly delivered

If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Flash Nest will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after receiving the order if it meets our return eligibility requirements.
